Checks for 2.000 or more will be held until test results are received, All checks will be made out to the owner,

Any horse that enters a nominating race and pays fees but does not run. will not have any fees returned.

Any substitute race or extra may be used the discretion Of the racing secretary and will be written for horses stabled on the grounds and indicating willingness ta race. Any race in the book which   seven or                entries will be used before any extra or substitute race,

Races with 6 horses or less may be canceled at the discretion of the race secretary

Successful the person receiving a claimed horse from a claiming race will be responsible for any state or local taxes.

Preference will be given to all horses on grounds, and papers logged with the racing secretary. the discretion Of the racing Secretary races drawn may be rearranged to another

Owner's silks must be declared and described at the time of entry - no exceptions.

NOTICE TO ALL TRAINERS:

You must be able to fully license your owners by having the following­ information prior to the first race of the day: Owners name, social­ security number, date of birth and complete address. All owners must be licensed prior to the first race of the day in which they run.

Livestock identification and animal health requirements upon entering­ Nevada: You are required to have a brand inspection, health certificates, and current Coggins certificate. Nevada recognizes EIA as current if done within the past 6 months.

All horses must be tattooed. We DO NOT guarantee a tattooer will be on the premises.

No check will be issued without the owner’s social security number or tax identification number on file at the racing office.

Sawdust and wood shavings are the only bedding for stalls!

NOTICE TO OWNERS

•    ALI. TRAINERS WILL BE IIELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AREA

SURROUNDING THEIR STABLE. DAILY CHECKS WILL BE MADE

ENSURE THE BARN AREA IS KEPT IN A NEAT AND CLEAN CONDITION.

•    LICENSED PERSONNEL WILLBEALLOWED TO HANDLE HORSES ON RACE TRACK OR IN TTIE S"'ABI.F. AREA. THE TRAINER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS HORSES AND THE PROPER LICENSING OF ALL PERSONNEL HANDLING HORSES HIS HER CHARGE.

•    ONLY JOCKEYS AND ASSOCIATION OFFICERS ARE ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE JOCKEY ROOM,

•    [IORSES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GALLOP OR PONY THE WRONG DIRECTION ON Tiff RACE TRACK.

•    PONY HORSES MUST LEAVE ADEQUATE SPACE FOR HORSES GALLOPING OR WORKING TOWARDS THE INSIDE OF THE RACE TRACK.

•    ALL RIDERS ENTERING TRACK WILL HAVE HELMETS AND VESTS ON!

NOTICE TO JOCKEYS

   Any jockey can ride in any race if the rider is licensed by the State Of Nevada and meets the requirements Of recognized track,

   Jockeys will be paid sixty dollars ($60) per race that they ride

   Jockeys that ride at least one race and are available all three days to ride will be paid a three hundred dollar ($300), bonus.

NOTICE: NV Gaming Control Board Regulation 30

The Nevada Gaming Control Board has adopted additional regulations pertaining to the health and medication of horses to take effect prior to the 2009 Nevada horse racing season. Consistent with the requirements of Regulations 30.404, testing procedures will be broadened to include the detection of anabolic steroids.
